Example wants to avoid big name collaborations on his new album

British hitmaker Example has revealed that while he often has artists asking to work with him, he wants to steer clear of collaborations on his new studio album.

The 'Changed The Way You Kiss Me' star spoke to BBC's Newsbeat about his next record and admitted that he wants to "exist" independently and build his career around his own talents rather than constantly joining up with other big names to raise his profile:

"I've started writing my fourth album, and the only collaborations will be with producers. I just don't know if it makes sense for me to do that many [collaborations], I just want to exist on my own if I can."

He added that he already has producers in mind and wants to work with "Nero, Chase & Status and Skream. I also want to do something with Rob Swire from Pendulum."
