A boxing promoter is offering Chris Brown and Drake $1m each to take part in a boxing match.

CNN reports that Damon Feldman wants the pair to take to the ring and he said that he will donate $1m to a charity that supports abused women if the bout goes ahead.

The match would feature "three minute-long rounds with the participants donning oversized gloves and protective head gear".

As previously reported, a spokesman for Chris Brown recently said that he was the "victim of a brutal assault" at a New York club.

Fellow music star Drake was rumoured to have been involved in the alleged fight, but a spokeswoman distanced him from being involved.
