MTV VMAs host Kevin Hart prefers The Wanted to One Direction

American comedian Kevin Hart has revealed that out of the UK boybands he prefers 'Chasing The Sun' hitmakers The Wanted to One Direction.

Hart is set to host the MTV Video Music Awards tomorrow night (September 6) and gave his thoughts on current acts along with previous performers in a new '20 Questions' style interview with the LA Times.

When asked which band of heartthrobs from across the pond he likes better, he exclaimed: "The Wanted. I love those guys."

He was also asked his opinion on the famous kiss between Madonna, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera and explained that the Queen of Pop probably would have been the best kisser: "Oh, Madonna. She’s 67 years old she has more experience than anybody."

Referring to a previous year's VMAs ceremony, he added: "Gaga’s meat dress could have fed every kid that you see in those commercials with flies over their head. You’re looking at probably 2,000 kids."
