BBC Radio 1 DJ is Chris Moyles is to tour the UK next month.

NME reports that the presenter, who is leaving his slot on the Radio 1 Breakfast Show on Friday (September 14) after eight years, will perform live around England in October.

It is said the shows will feature a live band and will include cameos from his production team, such as Comedy Dave.

The run is said to start in Birmingham on October 14 before concluding at the Manchester Academy on October 24.

Moyles is set to release his second record 'The Difficult Second Album' in November as he hangs up his Breakfast Show boots, with Nick Grimshaw set to replace him.
