Lawson praise The Wanted's new album

Lawson have heaped compliments on The Wanted.

Max George and co. are currently working on the follow-up to their 2011 album 'Battleground' and the record is highly anticipated.

Speaking to Capital FM, Lawson singer Andy Brown said that he believes The Wanted's new output will be their best material yet. The 'When She Was Mine' star said:

"I've heard a couple [of songs]. I think they're amazing. It's going to be their best album so far. They're not only awesome guys but they are really talented writers as well. And also amazing performers. I think it's going to be their biggest album so far."

Lawson bassist Ryan Fletcher meanwhile praised The Wanted's latest single 'I Found You', adding: "It's a great song. It's awesome. It's quite old school as well. It's a bit nineties in there! Put my name down!"
