'Dilemma' hitmaker Nelly found himself in hot water last night (October 10) after his tour bus wall pulled over and contraband was discovered by police.

The rapper, real name Cornell Iral Haynes, was detained yesterday at a checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas after police found over 10 pounds of marijuana, heroin and a loaded .45 cal pistol on his bus.

Luckily for Nelly, a passenger named Brian Keith Jones admitted that the gun and drugs belonged to him so the other individuals travelling in the vehicle were released and Jones was arrested, confirmed Entertainment Weekly via a police spokesman.

Nelly's website currently displays a message that tells fans to expect a brand new studio album in the fall of 2012 and he recently dropped a track called 'Marry Go Round', which is a collaboration with R&B sensation Chris Brown.
