Rap sensation Lil' Kim is virtually unrecognisable after stepping out for a video shoot in West Hollywood earlier this week.

The 38-year-old was on the set of a music video for her protege Tiffany Foxx, which also features a cameo from Miley Cyrus (shown below together), for the track 'Twisted' and she showed off a significantly lighter skin tone, fuller cheekbones and slimmer nose.

Meanwhile, the rap sensation is set to hit the runway on February 9 in New York City to help raise money for AIDS at the 'Reality of FASHION The Reality of AIDS' celebrity event, which will also feature appearances from Janice Dickinson, Jersey Shore's Deena Nicole Cortese.

Back in 2012, plastic surgeon to the stars Dr. Anthony Youn explained to Radar Online that Lil' Kim probably underwent surgery on her nose after observing some before and after photographs: "Her face appears contoured and has a waxy sheen. It appears that she's undergone injection of fillers as well."
