Teen sensation Miley Cyrus has hit out at claims that suggest she has been under the knife for surgery and slammed the rumours as ridiculous. 

The 'Can't Be Tamed' singer and actress was photographed last weekend at the CNN Heroes event in Los Angeles with considerably bigger breasts, which in turn fuelled rumours that she had undergone a breast enhancement procedure. 

Cyrus has now taken to her official Twitter account to tell both her fans and the world's media that nothing about her is "fake" and that at 19-years-old she is still developing:

"Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful! I'm 19!!! BOOBS GROW PEOPLE!"
