Miley Cyrus has expressed her frustration at a neck injury she mysteriously picked up.

The singer revealed on Friday (June 21) that she had woken up with a sore neck, tweeting:

"Woke up & can't move neck. SUCKS!!!!! SMH (Shake My Head) (not really cause I can't move the damn thangggg!)."

Cyrus later said on Saturday (June 22) that she keeps on crying as a result of the pain and is finding it difficult to speak. The 'We Can't Stop' star said:

"Really stressed out. Crying only makes me feel worst but i cant help it. i am finally getting to perform #wcs and now this sh*t's happening!"

The singer added: "Can't move my neck. Can't breathe. Cant barely speak. Coughing like a MF. WTF?!?! I gotta stop working myself up though."

Cyrus meanwhile is due to perform her new single 'We Can't Stop' for the first time live on Jimmy Kimmel's TV show on Tuesday (June 25).
