Miley Cyrus: 'Now I'm grown, I can be the bad bitch that I really am'

'We Can't Stop' beauty Miley Cyrus has admitted that she's glad to have turned her back on her career as a child star because she can finally live her life without being aware of an image she is meant to be portraying.

In her new documentary 'Miley: The Movement', which premieres today in America (October 2), she confesses that being able to just be herself is a foreign concept because she's been forced to be a certain way for her whole life:

"I've never been like a normal person, because I had to grow up like so quick, so I can't throw any shade on anything I did as a kid. I have this freedom to do whatever I want because people trust me."

Cyrus added that now she's free from the constraints of 'Hannah Montana' and The Walt Disney Company, she can express herself as she likes and that's a great gift to receive: "I need to like let go of, of like the past in a way, because I felt like I could finally be the bad bitch I really am. I think there's something about watching someone grow up. Most people don't have their kids photos put up for the world."

'Miley: The Movement' will be shown on MTV UK on Thursday (October 3) at 8pm.
