The Wanted help collapsed fan at Glasgow Airport

The Wanted have revealed that they leapt to the aid of a stricken fan before last weekend's T in the Park performance.

The lads played the Scottish festival on Sunday (8 July) and travelled to the country via Glasgow Airport.

Tom Parker told The Sun however that whilst they were in the airport, a fan fainted at the sight of the band.

Her head then hit a wall, before she had a seizure - with the band quickly coming to her aid. He said:

"It was as we pulled up at the airport that one of our fans collapsed on the floor. Nath stayed by her side while I called 999. It was pretty frightening, but anyone would have done the same."
