Queen and Adam Lambert are getting excited ahead of launching their latest European tour.

The band will perform their first show of the season in Lisbon tonight (May 20) at Rock in Rio.

It seems the good vibes are trickling through the group, with Brian May posting on Twitter:

"HELLO LISBON!!! #RockinRioLisboa We're here! Ready to Rock with QAL?"

Drummer Roger Taylor meanwhile posted a link to a previous drum battle in Sydney, adding:

"Looking forward to a bit more of this with the @QueenWillRock + @adamlambert tour kicking off tonight in Portugal!"

The band will then play in Barcelona on May 22 before heading to countries like Austria, Denmark and Sweden.
