Madonna releases six new songs as "an early Christmas gift"

Following the leak of Madonna’s new album earlier this week – an act that she labelled “artistic rape” – she has now sanctioned the release of six new songs.

In response to the hijacking of her upcoming record ‘Rebel Heart’ which was due to be released in Spring 2015, the ‘Material Girl’ star has made six new songs available to purchase with immediate effect via iTunes and other digital outlets.

The new songs that have been rush released are ‘Living For Love’, ‘Devil Pray’, ‘Ghosttown’, ‘Unapologetic Bitch’, and ‘Bitch I’m Madonna’ featuring Nicki Minaj.

Further new music is set to be released by Madonna on February 9 whilst her ‘Rebel Heart’ album is scheduled to drop in the first week of March via Interscope and is available for pre-order as of today (December 20).

In a statement addressing the release of her new tracks Madonna said:

“I was hoping to release my new single 'Living for Love' on Valentine's Day with the rest of the album coming in the spring. I would prefer my fans to hear completed versions of some of the songs instead of the incomplete tracks that are circulating. Please consider these six songs as an early Christmas gift.”
