Alicia Keys describes working with Emeli Sande as ‘instant magic’

Alicia Keys has described working with Emeli Sande on her new album as 'instant magic.'

The US soul singer, who teamed up with the ‘Next To Me’ star whilst recording her fifth studio effort, 'Girl On Fire,' told Capital FM that she was overjoyed with how well their collaborations turned out:

"I have to say, myself and Emeli Sande – when we met and we really began to write together, it was instant magic and that doesn't happen all the time.

"There's about three songs on my album that we did together and they are, all three, unbelievably special."

The 31-year-old, who has also worked with the likes of Frank Ocean and Bruno Mars on the LP, then revealed what the next single will be after the title track:

"'Brand New Me' is one of my favourites, it's going to be my second single and to me it's like my autobiography.

“It says everything about everywhere that I've come and who I am now. It's about being completely happy with finding yourself."
