Multi-talented singer and actress Jennifer Hudson received a very special surprise when she appeared as a guest on The Graham Norton Show. 

Back in 2006, the 'Where You At' star won a BAFTA for her performance in the movie 'Dreamgirls', but explained to Norton that she never received the award as it "got lost in transition of coming over to the States!". 

During a little BAFTAs reenactment skit, Norton presented her with the much longed for trophy and she couldn't contain her excitement, exclaiming:

"My BAFTA? Are you serious?"

"You're gonna make me cry! I have to kiss it! No really, is it my BAFTA?!"
