Lorde has premiered her latest single.

The singer is unleashing the track 'Yellow Flicker Beat' as part of the The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 soundtrack.

The tune was officially released on Monday (September 29) and Lorde tweeted:

"Thankyou so much for showing this song such a crazy amount of love today! This is so great."

The New Zealander has also curated the soundtrack to the upcoming movie, which is being released on November 21.

Speaking previously about the news, Lorde said: "Curating the soundtrack for such a hotly-anticipated film was a challenge, but I jumped at the chance. The cast and story are an inspiration for all musicians participating and, as someone with cinematic leanings, being privy to a different creative process has been a unique experience. I think the soundtrack is definitely going to surprise people."
