Westlife have left Simon Cowell's Syco record label after 13 years.

The Irish boyband have signed a deal with Sony RCA. Westlife manager and X Factor judge, Louis Walsh, said:

"The move is a natural progression. There was no bad feeling."

Nicky Bryne tweeted: "It is time for a change."
