The Voice mentor and judge Cee Lo Green is "honoured" to be sharing the stage with Kermit the Frog on the hit show next week.

NBC revealed today that the 'Forget You' hitmaker and the famous green Muppets character will join forces to perform classic tune 'Bein' Green' on November 27.

In a statement, Green gushed: "Performing 'Bein’ Green' with Kermit the Frog has been an idea and dream of mine for years now and it will definitely remain on the top of my most memorable collaborations!"

He added: "I'm honoured to share another magical, musical moment with The Muppets."

Green first collaborated with The Muppets at last year's Grammy awards alongside Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow, and the popular puppet characters also feature on track 'All I Need Is Love', which is included on Green's upcoming Christmas album 'Magic Moment'.
