Example has landed his first ever UK No.1 single today, June 12, with 'Changed The Way You Kiss Me'. 

This marks a particularly successful week for British music as the Arctic Monkeys are also at the top of the albums chart with their new record, 'Suck It And See'.

Example entered at No.1 during the midweek update on Wednesday, June 8 and has managed to confirm his position tonight. 

Pitbull's 'Give Me Everything' has fallen to No.2 and Nicole Scherzinger's new offering, 'Right There', has shot up 11 places to No.3.
