JLS excited for One Direction gig

JLS are  "really excited" to perform alongside One Direction at the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball today (December 8).

The boyband - comprising Marvin Humes, Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams and JB Gill - are included on a line-up of huge pop stars at the event at London's O2 Arena today.

Also performing will be the likes of Cheryl Cole and Bruno Mars, and JLS are thrilled to be part of the musical extravaganza.

Humes told Capital FM: "[It's] going to be an amazing gig. You know, the line-up is incredible. We're really excited to see the One Direction boys performing. It's going to be a great day."

Mars explained he is eager to take to the stage ahead of the release his hotly-anticipated second album 'Unorthodox Jukebox'.

He gushed: "Were excited, we haven't played a show like this in a while. We're going to let loose, people are in for a real treat."

Cole also teased about what fans can expect from her performance today.

She said: "I want it to be full on. For me, when I go to watch concerts, I want to see everything – dancing, lights, screams – all the stuff that makes such a different to the show like what goes on behind you [and] the production. I just want it to all be amazing."
