Singer and actress Lea Michele, who is dating her 'Glee' co-star Cory Monteith, has laughed off speculation that suggests she is pregnant with her first child and joked that the rumours must mean she is finally famous.

Reports surfaced earlier this week that claimed Michele is expecting a baby, but the beauty took to her official Twitter page last night (October 22) to dispel the news, writing:

"My first fake pregnancy rumor! I've finally made it! :)"

Meanwhile, she is currently recording her debut full-length studio album and tweeted a message to her 2.1 million followers to update them on her progress:

"At the studio right now at my first recording session for MY SOLO ALBUM!! I'm so happy and can't wait for you all to hear this record!! Best news is that @ddlovato is the room right next door 2 me recording her album! :) She's so sweet & just gave me such great motivation!"
