Duke Dumont scores a midweek No.1 single in the UK with 'Won't Look Back'

London based producer Duke Dumont has landed a midweek No.1 with his latest single, 'Won't Look Back', after it shot into the top spot on the UK Top 40 this afternoon (September 3).

The track has climbed an amazing 168 places following its download release this week and if it retains its lead, will give the DJ his third consecutive chart-topping single in the UK. The Script are proving to be tough competition for Dumont as their new track, 'Superheroes', is only 5,000 copies behind at No.2.

Taylor Swift's latest cut, 'Shake It Off', is at No.5, Maroon 5 are at No.8 with their new song 'Maps', and A Great Big World and Christina Aguilera’s 'Say Something' has re-entered the Top 40 at No.21 today. Elsewhere on the chart, Ed Sheeran's 'Don't' is at No.14 and Sia's 'Chandelier' is at 26.
