Lil Kim has revealed that she once recorded with rival rapper Nicki Minaj, but now, due to their ongoing feud, the star said she would never do it again unless awarded a hefty price.

During a radio interview, Lil Kim claimed that she originally saw Minaj’s arrival as a way for her to make a comeback.

"A lot of people might not know this, but me and [Cash Money co-CEO] Slim were very good friends," she explained. "Very good friends for four or five years. My thing is this: I haven't been doing music like that for a second and I looked at her buzz as a way in for me. I'm like, 'OK, this is a good thing. This a way for me to kind of come back in'."

The two recorded a unnamed song together, and Kim claims she received better feedback for her verses than Minaj and the feuding began shortly after.

When asked if she would ever pair up with Minaj again, Kim said: "I would do a song with her for the right price." That price? $7 million. But for now, "I'm not taking my foot off her neck."
