Ellie Goulding was Saturday Night Live's musical guest on May 7, but Michael Bolton stole the show with his performance in The Lonely Island's video, 'Jack Sparrow'. 

The singer used his vocal talents to carry the melody through the hilarious track, but it was the lyrics that got everyone talking and it's safe to say he's never done anything like this before.

Dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow, Bolton also name drops several other films in the song aside from the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' franchise, including 'Scarface' and 'Forrest Gump'.
