Demi Lovato has premiered her brand new single, 'Skyscraper'. 

The young singer, songwriter and actress released the track this morning, July 12, and has already caught her fans' attention with it as she revealed on Twitter:

"Wow.. Top 10 on iTunes within a matter of hours?!? Definitely can't sleep now. Unbelievable.. Never underestimate my #LOVATICS! #SKYSCAPER"

The song arrives around eight months after Lovato entered a rehabilitation facility to deal with bipolar disorder and self-harming, and is an emotional, piano driven and percussion-heavy offering. Lyrically, the song is raw:

"You can take everything I have, you can break everything I am like I'm made of glass, like I'm made of paper. And go on and try to tear me down, I will be rising from the ground like a skyscraper."
