Ronan Keating has conceded that he deserved everything he got when he suffered a marriage split earlier this year.

The Boyzone star and wife Yvonne broke up in April following an affair which Keating had admitted to in 2010.

The pair, who have three children together - Jack, 13, Marie, 11, and Ali, 6 - have tried to remain friends for the sake of their family.

Speaking to Magic 105.4, Keating admitted that he is to blame for their marriage breakup, saying:

"It's been a tough couple of years - I deserved what I got."

Keating also confirmed that his daughter is set to feature in a new horror flick, with the singer revealing:

"Missy made a film this year, which is coming out in February; a horror movie called Dark Touch."
