James Arthur holds onto No.1 singles spot

James Arthur's X Factor winner's single 'Impossible' remains in the No.1 singles spot.

After winning the 2012 series at the end of last year and reaching the top spot, Arthur's debut release was usurped by the Justice Collective's Hillsborough charity single 'He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother' when the Christmas No.1 was announced.

After returning to the top spot last week, Arthur has managed to hold onto his chart lead.

will.i.am's track featuring Britney Spears 'Scream & Shout' is a non-mover at No. 2 while PSY's hugely popular 'Gangnam Style' is at No. 3.

Olly Murs' former No. 1 'Troublemaker' is down two places to No. 6, while Rihanna's 'Stay' has climbed five spots to No. 7. The international star has two singles in the top 10, with 'Diamonds' making it to the No. 8 spot after 14 weeks in the chart.

Robbie Williams' 'Candy' is down two places to No. 11, while Ke$ha's 'Die Young' is up two places to No. 13 after six weeks in the chart.
