Spice Girl, Mel C, has denied that the band are planning a reality TV show in which the girl band will be hunting for a Victoria Beckham replacement.

The report in today's Sunday People claims that a source said that Beckham declared that she "will never sing again", and that the band were planning to tour again. The report went so far as to claim Geri Halliwell was spearheading the project and in talks with various TV production companies,

Mel C called the report "peculiar" in a tweet today (March 24).

The Spice Girls last performed together at the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony where they performed 'Wannabe' and 'Spice Up Your Life' from the back of London black taxis.
