Shawn Mendes to perform live on 'The Voice' tomorrow

Canadian sensation Shawn Mendes has been confirmed to perform live on 'The Voice' in the UK tomorrow night (April 9).

The 'Stitches' hitmaker will take the stage on the popular vocal talent show tomorrow evening and 'All About That Bass' songstress Meghan Trainor will also treat the audience as well as viewers at home to a performance.

Earlier this week, Mendes talked to Nick Grimshaw on BBC Radio 1 about writing music with Camila Cabello and he explained that it strengthened their friendship:

"Camila and I have always been the closest since way back during the Austin Mahone tour. We were just hanging out - we weren't planning on writing a song - but then we wrote a song. It's easier... you get distracted, but you feel like you can say anything, which is a lot better."

Mendes will kick off the European leg of his world tour on April 16 in Germany and he will bring his show to London, for which tickets sold out in mere minutes, at the Eventim Apollo on May 6. Check out his full list of dates here.
