'Heart Attack' beauty Demi Lovato has revealed that her year is off to a fantastic start and she's looking forward to her upcoming 'Neon Lights' tour. 

The songstress will hit the road next month for an extensive run of dates in support of her latest studio album and took to her official Twitter page earlier today (January 27) to tell her fans how she's feeling: 

"It's a great feeling knowing how to balance things in life. Feeling stronger and better than ever... Not only trying to train for tour, but trying to get ready for @joeyrubino workouts on the road with me... BEST TRAINER EVER!!! #YAY."

Lovato's tour is set to kick off in Vancouver on February 9 and she has promised fans some surprises. She recently debuted a new hot pink hair colour and shared photographs with her followers of the eye-catching new look. 

She recently spoke out about her friendship with former Disney starlet Selena Gomez and told reporters that she's there for her during this trying time: “We’re really, really close. And any advice I had for her, we talked last night and it’s between us. But I love her so much.”
