Singer-songwriter Gary Barlow has opened up about keeping in shape and joked that he is envious of Take That bandmate Howard Donald's ability to "eat muck" and maintain a "Greek god" physique. 

He told Magic Radio: "I am strict but I have to be because I am so prone to weight. And Howard, I've never seen anyone eat muck like he eats and he still looks like a bloody Greek god. It's ridiculous."

Barlow, who is currently on the judging panel for his new reality talent competition 'Let It Shine', enjoyed a win at last night's 17th WhatsOnStage Awards as his musical The Girls took home Best Regional Production.
