The Vamps on second album success: 'We're working hard'

'Can We Dance' pop-rock band The Vamps have opened up about their schedule for the next year and confessed that there's little down time available to them.

Member James McVey told the Nottingham Post that things are booked quite far ahead in the music industry, but plans can change depending on how well album sales go, for example:

"Our diary is full until the end of 2017 but things can change very quickly. If you release a song or an album that does well, you can find yourself getting booked for all sorts of cool events and festivals. But equally, if something bombs, you find you have to scale tours back in terms of dates and venue sizes."

Referring to his band's latest record, entitled 'Wake Up', McVey added that it's doing really well commercially and they're grateful: "We're lucky that the second album has done really well, which allows us to do an arena tour all around the world. We're working hard and having a great time."
