Vocal sensation Alexandra Burke has revealed that her forthcoming new single 'Elephant' has been delayed yet again. 

The singer took to social networking site Twitter last night, January 8, for a fan question and answer session and confirmed that her record label RCA has pushed the release back by another few weeks:

"For those asking ... Elephant has been moved to the 11th march 2012 because Rca decided to move it........"

She also told her 389,000 followers that her first performance of the track will be later this week at the Tickled Pink charity event:

"If ya'll are coming to my show on Thursday for Tickled Pink.. then u will see me perform ELEPHANT for the first time!!! Who's ready!#AskAlex"
