The Wanted’s Max George has admitted that he’s not currently interested in looking for love following his split from Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan.

The 23-year-old, who was speaking ahead of the band’s promotional trip Down Under this week, told Sydney’s Daily Telegraph that his main focus at the moment is his career:

"It's a bit too soon to meet someone to be honest. I'm just looking forward to getting to Australia to meet my fans because they've been waiting a long time and I'm really excited to see them."

The ‘Chasing The Sun’ singer, who once posed nude for the cover of AXM magazine, also went on to reveal how pleased he is that the boyband have amassed a big gay following:

"The gay crowd are always a right good laugh, always up for a party, a few tunes and a dance."
