The Vamps' James reveals happiness at meeting the band's fans

Guitarist James McVey, of The Vamps fame, has confessed that getting to meet his band's fans makes him really happy and he loves being able to chat with his followers in person.

Writing on his official Twitter page earlier this evening (April 16), the heartthrob explained that there's nothing better than coming face to face with supporters of The Vamps: "Can't tell you how happy I am to meet so many lovely fans. You guys are my everything. Thanks for coming today."

He also shared a snapshot of gifts given to both himself and the rest of the lads by fans in Manchester (pictured below) and admitted that they're always so touched when people bring them presents: "Amazing presents thanks so much Manchester."

Earlier this week, the boys told London's Metro newspaper that they recently had a funny run-in with some fans who managed to break into a hotel room they were staying in and the girls found them naked in bed:

"We were in a hotel in Manchester and because we’re always used to staying in hotels and going back and forth between each other’s rooms, we leave the doors on a latch so we can just come in and out. We didn’t realise that some fans had got into the hotel and Connor and James were in bed and about five fans just walked into their rooms."
